This beachfront house is perfect for families or groups. It is well loved for the very reasons of having privacy in the magnificent nature of Montezuma, the very close proximity to the beach and only a 10 minute walk to all the amenities and attractions in the fun town of Montezuma.

In detail:
On the first (bottom) floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with appliances such as coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer and a microwave, gas stove and oven.
There’s a picnic table with comfortable couches and chairs on the front porch to enjoy meals, or just relaxing in the fresh ocean air.
The cedar handmade dining table seats up to 8 people.
There is a designated area for laundry that serves all 3 units (chalet, cottage and cabin on the property).
There is a bedroom and a bathroom on the bottom floor. The bedroom downstairs has a comfortable double bed.
The spiral staircase leads to the second floor which has three bedrooms; two with double beds and the master bedroom that has a king size bed. There is a beautiful bathroom on the 2nd floor with open air window overlooking the ocean and the rain forest.
The master bedroom is large with high ceilings and a gorgeous view of the ocean. It’s a perfect spot for your yoga practice! It features an original king size bed. The other two bedrooms have double beds and peaceful views of the lush jungle. The front yard offers a large area suitable for Frisbee or kicking a soccer ball at the heat of the day.
All the bedrooms in the house have ceiling fans.
There are boogie boards available for rent in the property.
There are hammocks and comfortable seating areas to relax and enjoy the views whether it’s the waves, the wildlife or the surfers; and in general the house offers the necessary furniture, appliances, an ATV and surf board for rent, and all the little things and details (from first aid kit, closet with hangers, bed linen and towels) to make your stay in Montezuma as comfortable as possible.
Next to the house is a cabin and a cottage which is also available to rent. All three accommodations called the Firefly Beach Houses afford the ability to be where the rain forest meets the ocean, to view beautiful critters, enjoy beach activities, relax with family and friends, get lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. It’s a perfect place to venture from whether you’re off to hike, surf, snorkel, horseback ride, learn Spanish or do yoga.
This property is ideal for family gatherings or big groups, as you can equally rent them separately or rent all three houses together.
